Since 2017, La Connexional and its leadership team have collectively donated over 25,000+ volunteer hours; hosted, collaborated with, and has been part of 60+ community events; worked with, empowered, and showcased 150+ ABCL (African, Black, Caribbean and Latine) creatives and entrepreneurs; welcomed 3000+ guests both in-person and virtually; established lasting partnerships with 100+ businesses and organizations across Alberta and Canada. Throughout the years, La Connexional has (directly and indirectly) contributed approximately over $60K in the African, Black, Caribbean and Latin communities.

Being a part-time and primarily volunteer-ran social enterprise, La Connexional doesn't yet have any paid employees and is also unable to offer monetary compensation for volunteer or internship positions at at this time. However, we are dedicated to collaborating with the intern to ensure they get as much value as possible by providing them with reasonable access to our networks, growth opportunities, transferrable experiences, the ability to use our executives as references and more!
